Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: We will refund up until 24 hours before your tip. All cancelations within 24 hours can reschedule but will not receive a refund. Weather: If we cancel due to weather prior to the trip, you'll get a full refund. If we cancel during the first half of the trip, you can reschedule or get a 50% refund. If we cancel during the second half of the trip, no refund is provided. Late Arrivals: If you suspect you will be arriving after the scheduled start time, call us at 719-354-3332. Late arrivals may not be able to join and will not receive a refund. Waivers: You will be required to sign a waiver of rights before participation. This will be provided upon arrival. Covid-19: You attest that you are not currently infected or have symptoms and have not been in contact with a positive case in the past two weeks.
